CIDDL will achieve its goals by facilitating networking among organizations and leaders, connecting personnel preparation to resources with context, and supporting stakeholders through Communities of practice, personal learning networks, and coaching. We have developed a framework to support areas where there are known barriers in educational technology adoption and use.
